HERBAL GINGERBREAD LATTE

Ah, the gingerbread cookie, in my opinion, everyone’s favourite Christmas holiday treat.

I don’t know about you, but with the global news of the pandemic throughout this year and amidst this holiday season, I sure am a mix bag of emotions. But— I think that our life is our greatest teacher, and I have been making the best of the situation. This means turning inwards to define happiness and thinking about what it means to live one’s best life during these uncertain periods. To me, this means plenty of quiet time, and making my best efforts to nourish both my mind and body the best way I can.

What about you? I hope you are taking the time to ask yourself these questions too.

Anyway, back to the herbal latte. Think of it as an elevated version of your regular cup of tea. Herbal lattes, in my opinion, are perfect for days at home, when you feel like a cup of tea, but want something fancy (and nourishing).
