HERBAL PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE

A delightfully warm herbal latte that’s caffeine free & plant-based.

serving size: 1

▢ ¾ cup (approx 180 ml) plantbased milk of choice (we used almond milk)

▢ 1 tbsp pumpkin purée or steamed pumpkin)

▢ ½ tbsp maple syrup

▢ ½ tsp ground cinnamon

▢ ⅛ tsp ground ginger

▢ ⅛ tsp cinnamon power

▢ a dash of ground nutmeg

▢ a dash of ground cloves

▢ 1 shot radiance blend

▢ 3/4 tsp cocoa powder (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix dairy-free milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves, cocoa powder in a small saucepan and bring it to the boil.

  • Let it simmer lightly for 5 minutes, stir occasionally.

  • Pour freshly brewed Radiance blend and the warm spice pumpkin mixture into a blender. Blend at high speed until frothy.

  • Serve in your favourite mug/glass, pepper with ground cinnamon/cocoa powder
