RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We strive to make you happy. We accept returns in new condition in its original packaging with a full refund. You have 14 days to return the items after you have received your shipment.
Once we receive the returned unopened packaged in our Hong Kong office, we will then issue your refund. Please allow 2 to 3 HK business days for your return to be processed by our team. We will send you an email when our team has processed the refund just so you know of its status. If you would like to return your unopened purchase, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, they will email you details for the return address.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at email@example.com to notify us of your wish to return the purchased items.
For our Feedback purposes, we would appreciate if you would also share your reason(s) for return.
2. Follow the directions in the email communication, which will be basically to:
i. Repackage the item(s) you wish to return, together with the original invoice and send them back to us at the following address:
